My name is Ros Hodgson, and I have trained in personal finance for over 15 years & managed business accounts for over 30. I founded Boss Your Numbers in 2023. Designed to train and empower individuals & businesses to understand the numbers impacting their lives and businesses.
I believe that instead of allowing these numbers to rule you, you could rule them, and own your lives and empower your businesses.
I am a speaker, business owner, trainer, coach and accounting business owner. With over 30 years in finance and business and married for over 35 years with 2 children, I understand the real-life experience of the ups and downs of managing both personal and business finance.

Why I do what I do?
We believe that financial literacy is a right for all. When we don't have control of those numbers we can loose control of the key decision and choices or life.
I have experienced both what it is to feel powerless due to lack of finances and to have them empower my choices. But I believe that we can take control of our financial resources and set our sails towards success.
I am particularly passionate about women and women over 50 whom the impact of life changes can hit really hard.Â
But I believe whatever your age or stage, it is not too late to Boss your Finances & own your Life.
